Your PDFs and project settings

RowRibbon stores imported PDF copies, selected chart areas, row mapping, progress, names, viewing positions, and display preferences inside the app on your device. These are used to show your charts and resume your reading. RowRibbon does not operate an account service or a server that receives your charts.

Purchases

Apple processes App Store purchases. RowRibbon uses StoreKit to retrieve product prices and verify purchase entitlement, including restoration and revocation. It does not receive your payment-card details. Apple’s handling of account, transaction, and diagnostic information is governed by Apple’s privacy policy. Apple privacy policy

Importing, exporting, and backups

When you choose a document in Files, its provider may download it or otherwise process it under that provider’s policies. When you export a PDF or project backup, or share it with another app, the destination you choose controls that copy. Project backups include the PDF and project settings. iOS may include app files in device backups according to your settings.

Analytics and advertising

The app contains no advertising SDK, third-party analytics SDK, or tracking permission request. The publisher may receive the aggregate sales or diagnostic reports that Apple makes available, subject to Apple’s reporting and privacy limits. These reports are separate from your PDF contents.

Contacting support

If you contact support, the publisher receives the email address and information you choose to send, and uses them to respond and investigate your issue. Avoid sending copyrighted patterns without permission, private documents, or sensitive personal information. Support messages are kept only as needed to resolve and maintain a record of the request, subject to applicable legal obligations.

Deleting your data

Delete a project from its menu to remove its local PDF copy and active settings. The app may retain recovery copies of local metadata after a damaged save so that you can recover your work. Removing the app removes its app-container data under iOS behavior. Copies you exported, shared, or backed up must be removed from those destinations separately. Contact the publisher to request deletion of support correspondence.

This website

These pages contain no analytics or advertising scripts, contact form, or marketing cookies. This website is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may process ordinary access logs, such as IP addresses and request metadata, to deliver and secure the site.
